LHS0353 Diesel engine hydroseeder is driven by single diesel, is new type, electronic control, simple operation and maintenance. Spraying material(for slope greening):
Spraying material mixture is composed of grass seeds, grass fiber, peat, water retention agent, adhesives, fertilizers, local soil and water. Grass seeds are selected according to local climatic conditions, grass fibers contain straw and bellflower by crushing, water retention agent commonly contain synthetic polymers (acrylic acid / propylene acrylamide polymer). Adhesive usually contains cellulose or glue solution, fertilizer generally uses NPK. Mix the mixture should refer to the design specifications or determined through field test.
1) Common clay (40 to 50%), choose clay with a strong bond adhesion, and a large amount of sand, good permeability after mixed with other improved materials. You'd better make use of local loam or mellow as local soil material.
2) Organic nutrient soil (25-35%), mainly containing organic matter such as peat and loam absorption that absorb long-term organic nutrients. Peat organic component content is larger than 80%; N, P, K content: not less than 5%; PH value: 4.5 to 6.0.
3) Soil improvement material (15 to 25%), mainly wood, plant fiber, poultry manure, extruded material and other supporting materials. The purpose is to increase the ability to keep the water and permeability of soil fertility, increase the buffering capacity of the soil, and microbial activity and nutrient supply, and thus make root growth, reproduction and interludes easy.
4) Multi-content fertilizer (0.6 to 0.8%), mainly ordinary fertilizer and Fertilizer with long-term manure, and not easy to loss. General fertility effect can last up to 2 to 3 years.
5) Water retention agent (0.25%): Efficient soil moisture, water decomposition that particle expanded body absorb and release enables soil keep water, and make it available for growing plants to absorb repeatedly.

For Spraying Machine with 3m³ tank capacity, spraying ingredients are: first add 1m³ water( basically up to the position of stir axis line), and then add 2m³ local soil materials, wood fiber of 4 packs, water retention agent and adhesives according to ratio of 3:1.
