The thin hydraulic flat jack/cylinder/ram is a separate jack. It mainly adopts a thin, single-acting design, which is spring-returned and easy to use. The painted surface makes the corrosion resistance stronger. The installation hole design makes it easier to fix. Ultra low profile hydraulic jack is used in small working spaces and is used in tunnel jacking, bridges, heavy equipment installation, heavy equipment commissioning, bridge jacking, bridge support, shipbuilding hull jacking, propeller loading, and unloading, or main engine installation.
In terms of use, if several thin jacks are needed to lift at the same time, in addition to the correct placement of the jacks, multiple diverter valves should be used, and a load of each jack should be balanced, and attention should be paid to keep the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the situation that the ground may sag due to uneven weight, so as to prevent the danger of tilting the weight being lifted.
When using the ultra low height hydraulic jack, first connect the quick connector of the manual hydraulic oil pump to the jack, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. The direction is slightly loosened, the cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod gradually descends. Otherwise, it will be dangerous to descend too fast.
The ultra-thin hydraulic jack cylinder is a spring-return structure. After lifting, it can be quickly taken out. However, the connection hose cannot be used to pull the jack. Because the lifting stroke of the jack is small, the user must not exceed the rated stroke when using it to avoid damage.
