LGP400/700/80/100DPI-D Colloidal grout mixer pump unit is a combination of grout mixer, grout agitator and double cylinders piston pump with single acting in one base frame. It makes a very versatile and efficient piece of the grout equipment. Each colloidal grout mixer pump unit incorporates mixers and pumps of matched volume capacity which together with an agitated storage tank enable virtually continuous operation once work has commenced. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable.









High speed vortex mixer ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement or bentonite is quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. Then the mixed slurry was delivered to the agitator. Grout pump injects from the mixing drum (storage tank). This ensures a continuous mixing and grouting operations. The grouting plant is hydraulic drive with electric motor.

The unique mixing action of colloidal grout unit allows rapid mixing and pumping of grouts, neat cement grouts with water/cement ratios as low as 0.45:1 without additives, or lower with plasticisers or superplasticisers.

LGP400/700/80/100DPI-D colloidal grout mixer pump is mainly used for making, mixing and grouting bentonite slurry, cement slurry, etc., in the application highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction. 

1. LGP400/700/80/100DPI-D colloidal grout plant is compact size and it is easy to operate. It also takes up a small space.  Easy to operate and maintain. 
2. Air cooling and water cooling for the hydraulic. 
3. Full hydraulic drive, three cylinders air cooling diesel engine acted as universal grouting applications.
4. The oil thermometer can automatically control the cooling fan to work within the normal temperature range. If the temperature is too high, the machine will automatically stop working.
5. Grouting pressure and displacement of the colloidal grout mixer unit  is adjustable.
6. Up to 5mm particle size.
7.  The function switch between mixer and pulping machine is realized by using squeeze switch.
8. Double cylinders piston pump with single acting to ensure the continuous slurry flowing (small pulse) and not easily leaking compared with the double acting piston pump.
