LM2000 foamed concrete mixing machine includes feeding system-screw & belt conveyor, foaming system-foam generator, mixing system-foam concrete mixer, controlling system-control panel and weighing system-load cells.
LM2000 foamed concrete mixing machine serves the purpose of blending raw materials such as cement, sand, water, and foam into a fluid consistency, resulting in foam concrete. This end product finds diverse applications, encompassing floor heating systems, roof insulation measures, the production of CLC lightweight foam concrete blocks, precast wall panels, roofing insulation and flooring insulation, cast wall in construction sites, gap filling, road base, leveling, foundation, and tunnel filling, among others.
