Precautions when using hydraulic jacks
1. When the hydraulic jack is used for lifting, the hydraulic jack of the appropriate tonnage should be selected. The carrying capacity should not be overloaded. Generally, the carrying capacity of the hydraulic jack should be greater than 1.2 times the weight of the weight. The minimum height of the hydraulic jack is suitable. In order to facilitate the removal, The minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be adapted to the clearance at the bottom of the weight. When the sleeper supports the heavy object during lifting, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper.
2. If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to jointly lift the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jack should be used, and the sum of the rated lifting weight of each hydraulic jack should not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment.
3. The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and all parts should be checked for flexibility, damage and oil leakage. Never remove the quick connector when there is a load to avoid accidents and damage to components.
4. The hydraulic jack should be placed flat before use and cannot be tilted. The bottom should be leveled to prevent the foundation from sinking or the load from shifting and tilting or tipping the hydraulic jack. A strong pillow or steel plate can be placed on the bottom of the hydraulic jack to expand the pressure bearing area to avoid accidents caused by falling or sliding. Do not use oiled wood or steel plates as pads to prevent slipping and safety accidents. The place where the heavy object is lifted must be a safe and solid part to prevent damage to the equipment.
5. When using hydraulic jacks, you should first try to lift a part of the weight, carefully check the hydraulic jack for any abnormalities, and then continue to lift the weight. If it is found that the backing plate is uneven, unsteady or the hydraulic jack is inclined and leaking oil, the hydraulic jack must be relieved of pressure and returned to the ground, promptly handle it and then operate again.
6. In the process of jacking up, the safety sleeper should be padded under the weight in time as the weight continues to rise, to prevent the accidental fall of the piston caused by the tilting of the hydraulic jack or the burst of the oil pipe. When lowering heavy objects, gradually pull out the sleepers. The distance between the sleepers and the heavy objects must not exceed the thickness of a sleeper to prevent accidents!
7. When the hydraulic jack needs to be loosened, it is only necessary to slightly open the oil return valve, so that it can be lowered slowly, and cannot be lowered suddenly, so as to avoid damage to the internal cup and damage to the oil cylinder.
8. If the lifting height of the heavy object needs to exceed the rated height of the hydraulic jack, first put the sleeper under the heavy object jacked up by the hydraulic jack, lower the hydraulic jack, raise its bottom, and repeat the jacking until the required lifting height.
Nine, hydraulic jacks cannot be used as permanent support equipment (nut self-locking hydraulic jacks can be used for long-term support). If long-term support is needed, the supporting part should be added under the heavy object to ensure that the hydraulic jack is not damaged.
10. Hydraulic jacks shall not be used in an environment higher than 80℃.
11. When the hydraulic jack and high-pressure oil pipe are separated, the pressure should be removed first, and then the dust cover of the joint should be screwed on.
12. The hydraulic jack should be stored in a dry and dust-free place, not suitable for use in the workplace with acid, alkali and corrosive gases, and it should not be placed outdoors in the sun and rain!
Our hydraulic jacks all the tonnage, stroke, height can be customized according to client's requirements, supply the best quality and serve. Our warranty is 2 years.
1. If you need large capacity works and piston return, you could choose large tonnage double acting hydraulic jack (50-2000 tons).
2. You could choose double acting hollow jack when you need to go through pc strand, steel wire or anchors (50-2000 tons).
3. If you want to install jack on the some working platforms, you need a flange type hydraulic jack (10-630 tons).
4. Single acting hydraulic jack is used for smaller tonnage and stroke works (10-100 tons).
5. Matching with special tool to go through cable or rabar, you could choose single acting hydraulic hollow jack (12-100 tons).
6. Single acting hydraulic jack with lock nut can be used for long time keep pressure work site (55-200 tons).
7. Ultra thin hydraulic jack is used for narrow work space (10-200 tons).
8. Electric oil pump is matched with kinds of hydraulic jacks, it has double acting and single acting for options.
9. Hydraulic hand pump is also used for matching with hydraulic jack, clients don’t have requirement
