LZ-3 is a small scale underground shotcrete machine. Its rated output is 3m3/h, its motor power is 3Kw, its conveying pressure is range from 0.2-0.4Mpa, and its max horizontal conveying distance is 200m.
LZ-5 is a middle scale underground shotcrete machine. Its electric motor drive with variable speed gearbox. Its rated output is 5m3/h, its motor power is 5.5Kw, its conveying pressure is range from 0.2-0.4Mpa, and its max horizontal conveying distance is 200m.
LZ-7 is a middle scale underground shotcrete machine. Its rated output is 7m3/h, its motor power is 7.5Kw, its conveying pressure is range from 0.2-0.4Mpa, and its max horizontal conveying distance is 200m.
LZ-9 is a large scale underground shotcrete machine. Its rated output is 9m3/h, its motor power is 7.5Kw, its conveying pressure is range from 0.2-0.4Mpa, and its max horizontal conveying distance is 200m.
Application of shotcrete machine for underground project:
Underground shotcrete machine uses electric motor, diesel power or pneumatic power to spray dry or wet concrete from the shotcrete machine onto the surface of the construction object. Underground shotcrete machine has a wide range of uses, it is mainly employed in mining, tunnel, culvert, subway, hydro power engineering, underground excavation engineering etc. 
In addition, we have another type shotcrete machine:
LDS1500G shotcrete machine equipped with LH50-455 hose pump. It is used for pumping, grouting and spraying normal concrete and cellular light foam concrete. And it is also used for spraying artificial rock dome, swimming pool etc. projects. The working pressure of LDS1500G shotcrete machine is 1.5Mpa/ 3.5Mpa, and its output is 1.5-3m3/h. 
The engine of LDS1500 wet mix shotcrete machine have diesel engine, electric motor and gasoline engine. 
LDS1500G wet mix shotcrete machine is directly driven by Honda GX390 Gasoline engine.
LDS1500D wet mix shotcrete machine is driven by CFZ12 diesel engine. 
LDS1500E wet mix shotcrete machine is driven by electric motor.

LDS2000G wet-mix shotcrete machine is run by a highly-reliable direct drive planetary gearbox and hydraulic power pack. It equipped with LH50-680 hose pump. This sturdy workhorse is made better with the added improvement of a direct drive to the carousel. 
The working pressure of wet-mix shotcrete machine is 1.5Mpa/3.5Mpa, and its rated output is 6-8m3/h.
