For the LGP200/300/100PI-D truck mounted grouting plant. It adopts truck-mounted design and is easy to move. The capacity of the mixer is 200L, the capacity of the mixer is 300L, the grouting pressure is 0-100Bar, and the grouting flow is 0-100L/min. The mixer is a vortex mixer to ensure uniform mixing of cement slurry and faster speed.
 
There are many features of LGP200/300/100PI-D truck mounted complete grouting unit:
1. The power source is 34KW air-cooled diesel engine, air-cooled technology, very suitable for on-site construction;
2. Truck mounted complete grouting unit is mixer, stirring grout pump into one, to ensure that the whole grout work continuously.
3. Special tools are available to ensure rapid piston replacement and reduce replacement time.
4. The grout pump pressure is 0-100 bar. The pump output is 0-100L/min. Both pressure and output can be adjusted without a level.
5. The slurry pump outlet with a buffer. This further reduces the pressure fluctuation of the slurry.
6. Truck mounted grout pump with mixer has low spare parts and low maintenance costs.
