1. Mixing tank of hydroseeder
The mixing tank is generally made of bent steel plates, and is mostly used in sprayers with a volume of 1-15 cubic meters. This type of seeding equipment can be used for large-scale green space construction tasks such as highways, mines, and golf courses.

2. Agitator of hydroseeder
The spraying machine often adopts hydraulic stirring or mechanical stirring, and users can choose according to their own preferences or needs. There is a return pipe in the polygonal mixing tank. The upper pipe is to flush the dry fibers floating on the water into the water, and the lower pipe is to ensure the full suspension state of the mixed liquid during the spraying process. The mechanical stirring is controlled by an independent clutch, and the stirring force is adjusted by a continuously variable stirring cage of 0 to 120 revolutions per minute.

3. Spray pump of hydroseeder
The spray pump is a diesel engine as a power source, which consists of a high-pressure slurry pump and a control pipeline. The spray seeder usually adopts the direct transmission mode between the pump and the diesel engine, and the control pipeline uses two in and two out or two in and three out, and is controlled by a manual ball valve and a pressure limiting valve. And equipped with starter, generator and drive clutch. Pump pressure and flow are achieved by adjusting the rotational speed of the pump within a certain range.
The seeding machine is automatically unloaded through the pressure limiting valve of the return pipe during the working interval of spraying, so that the pumped slurry is returned to the tank through the bypass pipe, and the clean water is sucked into the tank by the water suction bypass. The intensity of the return flow will naturally decrease during the spraying operation, and the return pipe will play a bypass role during the spraying gap.

4. Nozzle of hydroseeder
Generally, the sprayer equipment has more than two types of nozzles, that is, DC nozzles are used for long-range operations; duckbill nozzles are used for medium-distance operations; and fan-shaped spray guns are used for short-distance operations. Fire sprinklers and atomizing sprinklers are also installed on the multi-purpose sprayer equipment for spraying pesticides and watering operations.

5. Frame of hydroseeder
The sprayers are all hoisted by a movable frame or directly fixed on a truck, and a trailer frame with strong mobility can also be used.
Regarding the design of the sprayer structure, it is necessary to consider the user's convenience and performance advantages, and also consider that the sprayer's range should be adapted to the local highway side slope spraying operation.
