Refractory gunite machine with water pump is widely used for cement factory preheater. The booster water pump can provide the high pressure water to drive the water into the material at the water ring. The refractory gunite machine with water pump is equipped with new pre-dampening nozzle, the nozzle seat have two water way providing water for refractory, needle valve can adjust water flow. The refractory gunite machine with water pump equipped with ABB variable frequency can achieve the variable output, which effectively avoided material clogging the pipeline phenomenon. Moreover, the refractory gunite machine with water pump is also equipped with collect dust bag, which can reduce greatly dust and protect the health of the operator.
With the refractory gunite machine, you could get low dust and high performance spraying flow in nozzle.
Annual worldwide refractory consumption in the production of cement is estimated to be more than 5 million metric tons, or 12% of the total world refractory market, and growing. Monolithic refractory makes up a good chunk of that market, as much as 40%, and rightfully so. It’s faster and easier to install than refractory brick. Because of equipment improvements and material innovations (such as no-cement, colloidal silica, which offers optimal alkali resistance and bonding properties), contractors are installing monolithic refractories in areas of cement kilns once reserved for brick refractory.
We are refractory gunite machine manufacturer specialized in R&D, manufacture and sale. Our refractory gunite machine output is from 1m3/h to 7m3/h. Max. Horizontal Conveying Distance is 200m. Electric motor and air motor are available options for customization.
Our refractory gunite machine is dry rotor type gunite machine, when used, materials is placed in the gun gopper where it feeds into a wheel with pockets at the base of of the hopper, the wheel turns by motor driven gears powered by electric or compressed air. When the feed wheel rotates, the loaded pockets pass under an air inlet section which forces the refractory material to the outlet and into the feed hose in steady flow. The refractory material passes along the hose to the nozzle, where it is mixed with water and sprayed onto the pump.
