Intelligent prestressed tension jack equipment operation process:
Parameter release:
(1) Turn on the "intelligent stressed tension jack automatic control system" on the computer first after turning on and off the machine.
(2) After entering, click "Release Parameters" to enter the parameter modification and release page: select the corresponding bridge type and bridge position, and enter the bridge number and pedestal number, and the required tension steel beam The set juice tensile strength value, methodological elongation value and stretching frequency and other tensioning process parameters.
(3) After the input is completed, click "Release Parameters", and it will prompt "Release Parameters Complete", which means that the stretching parameters have been released to the display screen of the application.
Use of intelligent prestressed tension jack manipulation display:
(1) Select the beam type and type that must be stretched.
(2) Go to the tensioning task table, confirm whether the beam number, beam type, and pedestal number are the same as those issued, and then check the steel beams that need to be stretched, and click OK to enter the tensioning operation page.
(3) After entering, if the tension data is correct, after the installation of hydraulic jack is completed, the main control box will first press the [Start Motor] button to start the pumping station of the intelligent tension equipment to start working, and then click the tension on the main screen Working button Press the [Start] button on the newly opened page and wait for the power equipment to start. The server clicks the [Start] button and it becomes unavailable. (4) Tensioning process:
①Click the [Start] button to enter the first tension control link, the tensile strength target value is 15% σcon, and the system intelligent tension tensile strength value exceeds the target value to enter the sustaining timing link, and automatically add pressure to control the tension The tensile strength is maintained within 1% of the target value. After the load is carried out, the system automatically records the specific tensile strength and the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder. The jack is used to measure the exposed amount of the clip of the tool and record it.
② After the first stage of load timing, proceed to the next tension control link. The target value of the tensile strength is 30% σcon. When the system intelligent control tension tensile strength value exceeds the target value, enter the load timing link, and automatically add pressure to control the tension. The tensile strength is maintained within 1% of the target value. After the load is carried out, the system automatically records the specific tensile strength and the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder. The jack uses the operator to measure the exposed amount of the tool clip and record it.
③ After the second stage of load timing, proceed to the fourth tension control link. The target value of the tensile strength is 103% σcon. When the system intelligent control tension tensile strength value exceeds the target value, it enters the load timing link, and the automatic pressure supplement operation The tensile strength is maintained within 1% of the target value. After the load is carried out, the system automatically records the specific tensile strength and the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder. The jack uses the employee to measure the exposed amount of the tool clip and record it. After holding the load for 5 minutes and timing, enter the link of steel bar lapping operation, and use intelligent control to throw and brace the steel bar lapping.
④ After the steel bars are lapped, the intelligent stressed tension jack will be returned to the top, and the tool anchor and jack will be removed. The jacktop operator will measure and record the exposed amount of the work anchor clip, and plan to carry out the next two sets of steel beam tensioning.
(5) Control key points in each link
The first tension control link: 15% σcon shear force is to make the steel strands exceed the supporting state from the loose state, eliminate the measurement error of the elongation value, and make the support trend of the steel strands in the same bundle the same. When the tension of the steel hinge exceeds 15% σcon, hold the load and loosen the hydraulic jack sling at the same time. Automatically record the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder, measure and record the exposed amount of the prop clip.
The next tension control link: intelligent control boosting rate, stable boosting, automatic balance of the tensile strength value and the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder on both sides of the same bundle of prestressed steel strands. When the tensile strength is close to 30% σcon, it will automatically slow down the pressure increase rate, operate it precisely until it reaches 30% σcon, hold the load, and automatically record the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder at the same time, measure and record the exposed amount of the prop clip.
The fourth tension control link: intelligent control starts the motor to tension again, controls the pressure boost rate, stabilizes the pressure boost, and automatically balances the tensile strength value of both sides of the same bundle of prestressed steel strands and the elongation value of the hydraulic cylinder. When the tensile strength is close to 103% σcon, the pressure increase rate is automatically reduced, and the pressure is controlled precisely until it exceeds 103% σcon.
Load-holding link: When the tensile strength exceeds 103%σcon, the load is stopped statically (5min), and the pressure is automatically replenished, and the tensile strength is maintained within 1% of 103%σcon, and the hydraulic cylinder is automatically recorded at the end of the load-holding system Elongation value, measure and record the exposed amount of the prop clip.
Reinforcement lapping link: when the load holding time is up, use slow release and one key to slowly throw and support the reinforcement lapping.
Top-back link: After the steel bars are lapped, return to the top with an intelligent tension jack, remove the tool anchor and jack, measure and record the exposed amount of the working anchor clip, and check the steel hinge wire at the distance between the clip ground terminal 2-75px Put a stone pen on it to draw a mark, observe and measure again after 24 hours to judge whether there is a slippery wire or broken wire.
