In the past, the records of these data were all done manually, and the accuracy and reliability of the data were greatly affected by human factors, which was not conducive to the analysis by the construction party and the supervisory party. Since 2000, domestic Intelligent fluid monitoring station have been launched one after another. Our company has been engaged in the manufacture and sales of grouting equipment for more than 20 years. In recent years, with the promotion of grouting recorders, our company has also purchased various types of grouting recorders of different brands and models to support our company's grouting pump implementation site construction. After using all kinds of intelligent grout fluid recorders, our company found that the data output by the grouting recorders on the market and the actual output of the pulsed flow output of the reciprocating grouting pump have a large error, the error rate is more than 20%, and some even Up to 50%, which seriously affects the analysis of grouting quality.
The principle of the grouting pump and the principle of the intelligent fluid monitoring station are deeply analyzed, and are summarized as follows:
1. The grouting pump is a reciprocating pump, and its grouting volume is not constant, showing a certain pulse. However, in the calculation process of the intelligent fluid monitoring station on the market, the collection frequency is too low, and it is only suitable for liquid with constant flow. For non-constant flow Liquid, there is a certain error.
2. The grouting pump is a reciprocating pump. During the reciprocating process of the piston (or plunger), the liquid has a certain pressure, and the pressure is also pulsed. The measuring instrument of the intelligent fluid monitoring station in the market, the electromagnetic flowmeter, is an ordinary Products, the pulsed pressure of the grouting pump will produce large vibration, and the vibration will impact the measurement pole of the flowmeter, which will seriously affect the accuracy of the flowmeter.
3. The liquid in the grouting pump is a certain viscous and corrosive mud, which is easy to corrode and wear the measuring pole of the ordinary flowmeter, and the mud is easy to solidify and adhere to the measuring pole. These factors seriously affect the accuracy of the flowmeter.
In addition, after long-term use, it is found that the conventional intelligent fluid monitoring station on the market still have the following imperfections:
1. In the process of purchasing the intelligent grout fluid recorder, our company found that almost all the introduction and parameters of the recorder are only for the recorder itself, such as the introduction of multi-channel acquisition, the introduction of detection distance, the introduction of the recorder interface (touch screen) The friendliness of the basic measuring instruments (electromagnetic flowmeters, pressure sensors, density sensors, etc.) The original data source of the recorder relies on these basic measurement instruments. If the reliability of the detection data of the basic measurement instrument is not high, then the processing and analysis of the grouting recorder is useless. Almost all grouting recorder companies have not mentioned how to make professional configuration according to the characteristics of mud.
2. The basic acquisition instruments (such as electromagnetic flowmeters, pressure sensors, density sensors, etc.) of ordinary grouting recorders on the market are not connected to the recorder body, and professionals are required to connect with pipes (as shown in the figure below). The environment is relatively harsh and complex. At the grouting site, this way of connecting multiple pipes seriously affects the work efficiency. The exposed high-precision instrument electromagnetic flowmeter, in harsh environments, its accuracy is also questionable.
3. In terms of communication, ordinary intelligent grout fluid recorders on the market only provide on-site screen or printer to display raw data, only on-site personnel can watch it, and do not have network transmission function, and it is inconvenient for managers and supervisors who cannot stay on site at all times.
In view of the above concepts, our company started trial production of our own intelligent grout fluid recorders three years ago. In recent years, we have independently developed clay conveying pumps and clay conveying stations with automatic control functions, and have gained certain experience in industrial control.
