The hydraulic jack for post tensioning is a special jack used for tensioning steel strands and other prestressed tendons. The power for tensioning and jacking back is provided by the high-pressure oil of the high-pressure oil pump. Front jack jacks are mainly used for initial tensioning and single anchor tensioning, and ordinary post tensioning hydraulic jacks are mainly used for overall tensioning of group anchors.

When the prestress is tensioned, the oil nozzle A enters oil, and the oil nozzle B returns oil. The connecting sleeve and the supporting sleeve are connected as a whole and move right to support the anchor ring. The hydraulic jack for post tensioning, the plug and the core sleeve are integrated into one body, which drives the tool anchor to move to the left and tension. When pressing and anchoring, under the condition of keeping the tensile force stable, the B nozzle enters the oil, the pressing piston, the protective sleeve and the pressing head are combined and moved to the left to force the anchor plug into the anchor ring.
Precautions for the use of hydraulic jack for post tensioning:
1. Strictly check the parameters of the post tensioning hydraulic jack before use, and avoid overpressure and overload use. Check the oil volume of the oil pump before tensioning, and run the post tensioning hydraulic jack empty stroke several times to empty the air in the jack and the tubing.
2. During the prestressing construction, the consistency of the prestressing channel, anchorage and the center hole of the post tensioning hydraulic jack should be maintained to ensure the smooth progress of the prestressing construction.
3. The inner anchor plate of the concrete component should be kept perpendicular to the center line of the anchor and the corrugated pipe. If there is any deviation, the tension construction should be carried out after handling.
4. When tensioning prestressed steel wires and prestressed steel strands, the relative arrangement order of the prestressed tendons should be ensured, and no cross-winding phenomenon should occur.
5. When pre-stressing the finish-rolled rebar anchorage, it is advisable to turn the nut close to the anchor pad at any time during the tensioning process, and tighten the anchor in time when the designed pre-stress tension value is reached.
6. When using the hydraulic jack for post tensioning to tension the prestressed steel strand, the hole position of the hydraulic jack for post tensioning tool anchor should be consistent with the hole position of the prestressed steel strand working anchor to prevent the cross-wound of the steel strand , When installing the tool clips, they should be evenly tightened. After the tension reaches the designed pre-stressed tension value, the pre-stressed anchors and clips shall be forced to press, and then the anchors shall be unloaded.
