One is that the waste is too large, and the other is that the concentration is too high to produce high-quality foam. Therefore, the foaming agent should be prepared as a diluent when in use.
The concentration of the foaming liquid has the greatest relationship with the foaming effect. The concentration is too high or too low. When the concentration is too high, the foaming ratio of the foaming liquid will decrease. It is not that the greater the concentration, the more foam, but the greater the concentration, the less foam. But the concentration of the foaming liquid should not be too low, too low will also affect the foaming ratio, the foam production will be reduced, and the phenomenon of more liquid and less bubbles appears. Only when the concentration is right, high foaming ratio and high quality foam can be obtained. The proper concentration is related to the variety of foaming agent, and different varieties have different proper concentrations.

If the original foaming agent has been added with a foam stabilizer in the production plant, it must be added separately when preparing the foaming liquid. However, if there is no foam stabilizer in the original manufacturer, and the foam stability is not satisfactory when you try it yourself, you can add a certain amount of foam stabilizer when preparing the foaming liquid.
If the foaming ratio of the foaming agent is small and the amount of foam formation is low, a small amount of foaming agent can be added during the preparation of the foaming liquid. The foaming agent is also a surface active substance, which can obviously increase the amount of foam and increase the amount of foam generated per unit of foaming agent. The increase rate of the foam booster is about 20% to 30%.
After the foaming liquid is prepared, it can be stored in the storage tank, sealed for later use, and it is strictly prohibited to enter the dust and debris. These things can form impurities, affect foaming, and may cause blockage in the machine and damage the internal parts of the machine.

When the foaming liquid is added, the foaming can be started. The most important point of foaming is to control the ratio of gas to liquid. If the high-pressure air enters too much, the air is too much and the water is little, the amount of foam is small, that is, no liquid film is formed, the air cannot be surrounded by the foaming liquid film, and the foaming rate is low. If the foaming liquid enters the machine too much, the water is too much and the gas is little, it will form an emulsion, the foam is unqualified, the foaming liquid is wasted, and the foam output is low. The proper ratio of the two is the key to successful foaming. The adjustment of this ratio can be operated manually or automatically controlled by a computer. Using manual control, the process is simple, but the human factors are large, the control is not sensitive and accurate; the automatic computer control, the equipment investment increases, but is not affected by human factors, the proportion is accurate, the foaming effect is good and the efficiency is high.
When foaming, it is necessary to control the quality of the foam. This can be controlled by adjusting the foaming mechanism to 1 mm (except for special needs): the foam is uniform and consistent, avoiding large ones and small ones; in addition, prevent the occurrence of more water and less gas Emulsion reduces bleeding rate.
Measurement and delivery of foam.
After the foam is made, it should be metered before adding it to the mixer and mixing with the cement slurry. If you do not measure but add foam by feeling, the ratio of cement slurry and foam will be out of balance, which is less or more, and the designed concrete density will not be reached.
Foam measurement generally adopts volume measurement method. The metering can be measured with a metering cylinder (0.1~0.5m). When foaming, the foam is directly injected into the metering cylinder, and then added to the mixer after manual measurement. It can also be measured by an automatic foam meter. For the automatic metering device, the metering device is installed on the foaming pipe, and the foam can be directly fed into the mixer through the pipe.
