Double acting hydraulic jack with electric oil pump has the advantages of large lifting capacity, labor-saving operation, stable rise, safety and reliability. Simply put, the principle of the hydraulic jack with electric oil pump is that in a balanced system, the pressure exerted on the smaller piston is smaller, and the pressure exerted on the larger piston is also larger, so that the liquid can be kept still. Therefore, through the transmission of liquid, different pressures on different ends can be obtained, so that a transforming purpose can be achieved, and force transmission can be carried out.
1. Before starting the motor, the reversing valve must be shifted to the middle half position. Jog several times to prevent the high-pressure pump from sucking up, and it can be used after the air is removed.
2. The liquid level of the oil tank should always be kept on the center line of the oil mark during jacking work to prevent the oil pump from being emptied. When refueling, use a 120-mesh oil filter to filter out impurities in the new oil. In regular use, clean the oil filter once every two months, clean the oil tank once every six months, and replace with new oil.
3. When lifting, you should first open the oil return throttle, press down the lifting column fully, then tighten the oil return throttle, then put it to the lifting position, and then press the oil pump to make the lifting column rise. The pressure-driven oil pump must not act too violently. When relaxing, you should first slightly open the return throttle to make the lifting column lower slowly. After the double acting hydraulic jack with electric oil pump is not strenuous, take out the jack, open the return throttle, press down the lifting column, and then tighten the return throttle.
4. The oil pump and oil tank should be kept clean to prevent sand and dirt from entering and blocking the oil circuit. If the oil pump sucks oil poorly, check the oil suction valve. If there is a reverse phenomenon (the handle cannot be pressed), check the oil outlet valve. The dirt in the oil valve should be cleaned.
5. When installing the double acting hydraulic jack with electric oil pump, you must grasp the center of gravity of the workpiece. When lifting, keep the correct position of the workpiece and jack at all times to prevent tipping.
6. When installing the double acting hydraulic jack with electric oil pump, its center axis must be perpendicular to the contact surface of the workpiece and the surface of the support at the same time. When lifting one end of the object, the inclination of the object shall not exceed three degrees, so as to prevent the double acting hydraulic jack with electric oil pump from touching up and down and causing it to fall.
