How to control the density of foam concrete machine?
Foam concrete, also known as porous lightweight concrete, is defined as a cement-based mud containing at least 20% of the foam (per volume). The density of foam concrete typically ranges from 400 kg/m3 to 1600 kg/m3. Density is usually controlled by replacing all or part of the fine aggregate with foam. Different applications use different foam concrete machine densities, but how can you accurately control density to meet your project?
The density depends on the amount of foam you add to the slurry. In all of our foam concrete machines, there are foam addition adjustment devices.
