Operation of colloidal grout mixer for pile:
1. Golloidal grout mixer for pile and anchoring, close the valve. Add water to the grout tank and start the tank. The water flow should be vigorous, and then add cement in a certain proportion. Cement and water mix quickly. Stop the motor until the grout is fully mixed (about 3 minutes).
2. After the grouting is mixed, start the storage tank, turn the valve handle to open the valve, and discharge the grouting into the storage tank. After the discharge is complete, close the valve.
3. Open the discharge valve of the storage tank and start the grouting pump for grouting.
4. Repeat 1 and 2.
5. Clean the slurry tank and storage tank in time after the work is completed
