Precautions when using the cement grout pump for grouting underground:
1. Before using the grouting pump, test the pump before using the grouting pump, start the pump to test the pump with clean water, observe the operation of the grouting pump, and start the grouting operation after it is normal. The common problem is that the air pipe is connected incorrectly, and the grouting pump cannot suck and discharge the grout normally. The connection between the grouting pump and the air pipe must be prepared in the well. If the quick connector is used, a quick connector (usually Φ25mm) needs to be welded at the inlet of the grouting pump. The inlet port diameter of the slurry pump is matched. Before connecting the air pipe, press the air to drain the water first. After the water in the air pipe is blown clean, the grouting pump can be connected to prevent the dirty water in the air pipe from entering the grouting pump and causing damage.
3. Tools that need to be equipped The tools that need to be prepared during the use of the grouting pump need to be equipped with various tools such as vise in addition to the special tools that come with the pump.
4. Pay attention to whether the structure of the grouting pump and the motor is normal. When any failure is found, stop immediately, open the grouting valve to reduce the pressure, and eliminate the failure.
5. The agitated mortar should be tested for consistency before entering the pump. During the test, the consistency meter should be perpendicular to the surface of the slurry, and it should be easily put down to sink under its own weight.
