Working principle of bentonite cement grout mixing machine:
The motor drives the high-speed turbo pump of bentonite cement grout mixing machine, and the slurry is sucked in a vortex from the bottom and sprayed from the upper end of the barrel to generate a high-speed liquid flow, and form a strong vortex in the barrel, so that the dry powder and water are fully stirred evenly, so as to achieve the preparation of low water-to-binder ratio slurry.
 
Bentonite cement grout mixing machine instructions for use:
1. Check that the steering of the mixing impeller is correct to ensure that the slurry pipe does not leak;
2. Add appropriate amount of water, turn on the equipment to clean and wet the cement grout mixing machine and pipeline, and discharge the water in the grout mixing machine after cleaning;
3.Turn on the bentonite cement grout mixing machine after adding water, then add the powder materials uniformly in the specified order, and control the addition time within 5-6 minutes. After all the powder materials are added, continue to stir for 3~5 minutes;
4. Transport the prepared slurry into the agitator to maintain dynamic slurry storage;
5. Clean the bentonite cement grout mixing machine and pipelines immediately after the mixing is completed, and turn on the machine  so that the remaining cement slurry in the grout mixing machine and pipelines is discharged cyclically.
