Squeeze pump hose
Our natural rubber squeeze pump hoses are highly sought after due to their exceptional longevity and application versatility. The hose structure consists of one or more layers of high-strength synthetic fiber braided material, with the inner lining and outer lining extruded from composite rubber. This ensures a soft, elastic tube body with excellent performance. Synthetic fibers are added to the tube body, enhancing overall hose performance. Additionally, our hoses generate low heat during use and exhibit excellent elasticity and recovery properties.
Our squeeze pump hose boasts impressive resistance against both positive and negative pressure, as well as demonstrating exceptional resistance to acid, alkali, oil, high temperature, and other environmental factors.
These highly capable hoses can transport over 90% of today’s chemicals, with main components including natural rubber (exhibiting resistance to general weak acids), Butyl rubber (demonstrating resistance to grease, alkali metals, detergents, and more), and EPDM rubber (suitable for ketones and concentrated acids).
Should ventilation (or cooling) heat dissipation conditions be favorable, medium temperatures can reach 100°C; however, temperatures exceeding 100°C require special heat-resistant hoses. Non-standard hoses can be designed to accommodate user needs.
Overall, our natural rubber squeeze pump hoses offer incredible performance, resistance, and adaptability for all your pumping needs.
