Metro grouting plant
The motor of the metro grouting plant can reciprocate and be placed between the pistons as shown in the figure, or it can be separated to operate the pistons directly or through a mechanism. Air, hydraulic, electric or internal combustion engine can be used.
However, in order to obtain the required variable output, motors that provide constant speed, such as electric motors and some internal combustion engines, must install a variable speed drive between them and the pump. These drives are usually hydraulic and housed in a large and heavy box, which makes the pump difficult to move on site.
Therefore, they are often mainly used in large pumping stations rather than close to grouting holes. The power required by the metro grouting plant varies from a few horsepower to a few hundred horsepower, obviously depending on the capacity and the required output pressure.
The range of available output also ranges from small to large. There are too many brands and variants on the market to list here. Metro grouting plant is recommended to chrome or harden the parts in contact with the grout. Even so, the wear will be very fast, especially when dealing with sand cement grouting.
