Jet mixing injection plant
Jet mixing injection plant is a device specially used for high-pressure jet grouting construction. It combines drilling, spraying and mixing functions, and can spray cement slurry or other chemical solutions into underground soil layers under high pressure, fully mixing with the surrounding soil to form a reinforcement or water-stop curtain.
Jet mixing refers to the process of mixing materials by high-speed injection of fluids, while jet mixing injection plant may refer to a device that uses the principle of jet mixing to inject or process materials.
Working principle of jet mixing injection plant:
The jet mixing injection plant may use the shear force and turbulence effect generated by the injection of high-speed fluids (such as gas or liquid) to achieve rapid and uniform mixing of different materials during the injection process.
The injected fluid may be used as a carrier to bring the materials to be mixed into the mixing area, and promote the mixing of materials through the kinetic energy and shear effect of the fluid.
Application areas of jet mixing injection plant:
Chemical industry: used for material mixing in chemical reactions, injection of catalysts, etc.
Environmental protection: used for mixing of agents in wastewater treatment, gas mixing in waste gas purification, etc.
Food processing: may be used for mixing food ingredients, injection of condiments, etc.
Other industrial fields: such as material mixing and processing in industries such as medicine, pesticides, coatings, and inks.
Jet mixing injection plant features:
Efficient mixing: rapid and uniform mixing of materials is achieved through the shear force and turbulence effect generated by high-speed injection.
Adjustability: It may have the function of adjusting parameters such as injection flow rate and pressure to adapt to different materials and mixing requirements.
Automation control: It may be equipped with an automated control system to achieve remote monitoring and operation of the equipment.
