The most commonly used materials of the hydroseeding for mining sites are also slurry materials such as spraying mud and grass seed mud.
Generally, it will be sprayed for 2-3 times.
The first time: spray the bottom soil, mix the fertilizer, planting soil, fiber materials, water, etc., and then spray the bottom for one time. The thickness of the spraying mud can be adjusted according to the needs of the scene, generally 2CM-5CM thick.
The second time: spray the grass seed mud, which has strong vitality and can meet the greening function. After scientific treatment, plant seeds can be mixed with planting soil, water retaining agent, fiber materials, fertilizer, water, etc., and then sprayed on the previous priming mud, which is generally 1CM-10CM thick.
The third time: spray the slurry of the protective layer. Mix the plant nutrient solution, seed soil, fiber materials, water, etc. and spray them on the previously sprayed grass seed slurry to protect the grass seed layer, which is generally 1CM-2CM thick.
After spraying, a layer of non-woven fabric can be laid for protection. After the grass seeds germinate, the protective non-woven fabric can be removed at the right time.
