700 ton hydraulic ram
When the 700-ton hydraulic ram is lifting, it is necessary to select a hydraulic jack suitable for tonnage:
The carrying capacity of the 700-ton hydraulic ram should be greater than 1.2 times the gravity of the weight; the minimum height of the hydraulic jack is suitable. For the convenience of taking out, the minimum height of the 700-ton hydraulic ram should be adapted to the clearance at the bottom of the weight. When the bolster supports heavy objects during the landing, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack is greater than the sum of the ties and the occipital deformation.
If multiple 700-ton hydraulic rams are used to lift the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jacks should be used, and the sum of the additional lifting weight of each 700-ton hydraulic ram should not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment.
700-ton hydraulic ram should be wiped clean before use and should check whether the components can be active and whether there is any damage, avoid loading the quick joints when there is load, to prevent the occurrence of faults and damaged parts.
