Double acting low height hydraulic cylinder
Double acting low height hydraulic cylinder should be placed flat before use, can not be skewed, and the bottom should be leveled. Beware of the foundation subsidence or load deviation, the hydraulic jack can be tilted or tipped over, and can be extended with a tough pillow or steel plate at the bottom of the double acting low height hydraulic cylinder. Pressure-bearing area to prevent death or slippage; do not use oily wood or steel plate as a cushion to prevent slipping when force is applied, and safety incidents occur; the weight should be lifted and the position must be safe and solid. Anti-damage equipment (hydraulic jack).
The carrying capacity of the double-acting low height hydraulic cylinder should be greater than 1.2 times the gravity of the weight; the minimum height of the hydraulic jack is suitable. For the convenience of taking out, the minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be adapted to the clearance at the bottom of the weight. When the bolster supports heavy objects during the landing, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack is greater than the sum of the ties and the occipital deformation.
If multiple double acting low height hydraulic cylinders are used to lift the same equipment, the same type of double-acting low height hydraulic cylinder should be used, and the sum of the additional lifting weight of each hydraulic jack should not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment.
